Dear Valued Team Members, Cherished Residents, and Families,
As I reflect on the past few weeks at The Springs of Arkansas, my heart is full of gratitude and pride for the incredible community we’ve built together across all our facilities throughout the state.
Last week, we had the privilege of celebrating our exceptional Nurse Practitioners in every one of our locations. These dedicated healthcare professionals provide outstanding leadership and compassionate care to our residents each and every day. Their expertise, commitment, and genuine concern for the wellbeing of those we serve exemplify the very best of what healthcare should be. To our Nurse Practitioners: thank you for your amazing work and for being such vital members of The Springs family.
Community partnership remains at the heart of who we are. We were delighted to deliver an “On the Go” coffee bar to our friends at Legacy Hospice as a small token of our appreciation for their incredible collaboration. We also want to extend special thanks to Dierksen Hospice for joining us in honoring our nation’s heroes. Their partnership made our Veteran’s Day celebration even more meaningful as we came together to recognize and thank those who served our country with courage and sacrifice. On Veteran’s Day, The Springs of Broadway was one of the many facilities who led the way in expressing our heartfelt gratitude to veterans, reminding us all of the freedoms we enjoy thanks to their service.
The energy and spirit of our residents never cease to amaze me. The Springs of Red Oak had an absolutely incredible day at the Senior Olympics—showing up, showing out, and proving they are truly unstoppable! Watching our residents compete with such enthusiasm and determination is a beautiful reminder that that the will to live life fully knows no bounds.
The Springs of Hillcrest celebrated the Prescott Schools OYEA (Organization for Youth and Education in Agriculture) program, recognizing students for their outstanding accomplishments throughout the year. It’s wonderful to see our facilities engaging with young people in our communities and supporting the next generation of leaders.
And of course, Halloween brought joy and laughter to all The Springs of Arkansas facilities! The creativity, fun, and festive spirit displayed across our communities reminded us once again that we’re not just a place to live—we’re a place to thrive, celebrate, and create lasting memories.
Each of these moments—from honoring our healthcare heroes to celebrating with veterans, cheering on our Olympic athletes, supporting local students, and enjoying holiday festivities —reflects the warmth, excellence, and community spirit that define The Springs of Arkansas.
Thank you to our dedicated employees who make magic happen every day, to our wonderful residents who inspire us constantly, and to the families who trust us with the care of their loved ones. Together, we truly are something special.
With deepest gratitude and warm regards,
Chaim Herzberg
