Dear Valued Team Members and Residents,
What an incredible month we’ve had! Our Valentine’s Day celebrations across all of our nursing and rehabilitation facilities were nothing short of magical. The love, joy, and connection we witnessed warmed our hearts more than any winter sun could!
As we pivot from the colder winter season, we’re riding an wave of excitement. Mardi Gras always brings vibrant colors and infectious energy to our facilities, while St. Patrick’s Day promises more cheer and community spirit. The upcoming first day of spring feels like a personal invitation to renewal and hope. The warm weather approaching is more than just a temperature change—it’s a metaphor for the life and vitality we cultivate every single day at The Springs of Arkansas.
Seeing our residents and staff embrace these seasonal transitions with such enthusiasm reminds me why I love what we do.Each celebration, each moment of shared joy, reinforces our commitment to creating more than just a healthcare environment—we’re creating a home filled with life, laughter, and connection.
Warmly,
Chaim

Let’s face it, fellow winter survivors—we’ve been human popsicles long enough!
March is here, and it’s time to emerge from our hibernation like slightly creaky, caffeine- powered bears.Remember when “layering” meant more than just your favorite sweater collection? This winter, we’ve worn so many layers that getting dressed was like preparing for a NASA mission. Thermal underwear, fleece-lined pants, wool socks, puffy jacket, scarf, hat, gloves—by the time we were fully dressed, we’d already broken a sweat and needed a
nap.
Now, as the first hints of warmth tickle our frost-bitten noses, we’re ready to celebrate. No more arguments with the thermostat. No more watching reruns while wrapped in three blankets. It’s time to rediscover the art of walking without penguin-like wadding and feeling the sun on our faces without immediately thinking, “Did I remember my arthritis cream?”Pro tip for my fellow seniors: When venturing outside, move slowly. We don’t want
any “I’ve fallen and can’t get up” moments. Spring is for gentle strolls, not impromptu ice skating performances in the parking lot.Wardrobe update: It’s time to retire those thick socks that could double as emergency mittens and dig out those lovely light sweaters. Goodbye, thermal everything. Hello, breathable fabrics that don’t make us sweat like we’re
in a portable sauna!
So here’s to March—the month where we officially declare winter surrender and start plotting our garden, planning our walks, and remembering what bare ankles feel like. Defrost and conquer, my friends!
