Calendar Days to Celebrate in December!

Message From Our C.E.O.

Dear Springs Family,

As we move from the warmth of Thanksgiving into the winter season, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible spirit of gratitude I witnessed throughout our facilities last month. I was deeply moved by the outpouring of appreciation shown by residents, families, and our dedicated staff members. From handmade cards crafted by residents to the heartfelt moments shared over holiday meals, the genuine thankfulness was palpable in every corner of our facilities.

Our staff went above and beyond to create a true feeling of home during the Thanksgivin celebrations, and the joy on our residents’ faces spoke volumes about the difference you all make in their lives every day. The shared meals, stories, and laughter reminded us all of what makes The Springs of Arkansas such a pecial place.

As we enter the holiday season, I can already feel the growing sense of excitement in our communities. The twinkling lights, festive decorations, and holiday music bring an extra measure of cheer to our halls. It’s wonderful to see how this season brings out even more smiles from both residents and staff, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere that truly exemplifies our commitment to providing not just care, but a vibrant, loving community.

The holiday spirit seems to make every interaction a little warmer, every smile a little brighter, and every day a little more special for everyone in our Springs family. I look forward to seeing the creative ways our teams will bring holiday cheer to our residents in
the coming weeks.

Thank you all for your continued dedication to making The Springs of Arkansas feel like home for our residents. Your compassion and commitment shine particularly bright during this special time of year.

Warmest regards,

Chaim Herzberg CEO, The Springs of Arkansas

Employee of the Month and Rising Stars!!
