Dear Collegues,
As we welcome the fresh energy of spring, I find myself reflecting on the vibrant community spirit that continues to flourish throughout The Springs of Arkansas.
First, I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to The Springs of Minecreek for their spectacular victory in our annual TikTok Dance-Off Challenge! Their creativity, enthusiasm, and teamwork truly shone through in their performance, and it was our pleasure to present them with their well-deserved first-place trophy. The joy and laughter their routine brought to residents and staff alike exemplifies the culture of engagement we strive to create.
March also gave us the opportunity to honor our incredible Social Services Directors during Social Services Month. These dedicated professionals serve as advocates, problem-solvers, and compassionate listeners for our residents and families every day. I was touched to see so many of them celebrated with thoughtful gifts from their colleagues, recognizing the vital role they play in our communities.
We also took time to celebrate our Administrators during Administrators Week. These leaders shoulder tremendous responsibility while maintaining the warm, person-centered environments that make our communities special. Their dedication to excellence in care while nurturing supportive workplace cultures deserves our deepest appreciation.
I’d like to share my immense pride in our newest class of CNAs who successfully completed their training. These individuals have chosen a path of service and compassion, and their fresh perspectives and enthusiasm will enhance the quality of care we provide. Welcome to The Springs family!
Our communities also embraced the festive spirit of Mardi Gras with colorful celebrations featuring beads, traditional foods, and plenty of music. These moments of joy and connection are central to our mission of creating vibrant communities where people truly live.
As we move forward into the coming months, I remain deeply grateful for each member of our Springs family—residents, team members, and families alike. Together, we continue to create communities where meaningful connections thrive and everyone has the opportunity to flourish.
With appreciation,
Chaim Herzberg
